• Ongoing operational support
• Revenue-share partnership opportunities

We are not your agent, financial advisor, or agency of record.

No Guarantees

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your brand, existing content, and intellectual property.

Our Work Product: We own sales pages, email sequences, funnels, and systems we create. We grant you a license to use these during our partnership term.

Upon Termination: Asset ownership and licensing terms are defined in individual Partnership Agreements.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your content and claims
• Compliance with platform policies (Instagram, email providers, etc.)
• Adherence to advertising standards and regulations
• All communications with your audience

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent schemes
• Content that violates platform terms of service
• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Harassment, discrimination, or harmful content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORGROW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CreatorGrow harmless from claims arising from: (a) your content or marketing practices, (b) your breach of these terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (d) claims made by your audience regarding your products or services.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but are not responsible for downtime, platform outages, payment processor failures, or third-party tool interruptions that may affect your business.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, which satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
